On Wednesday, law firm Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott LLC announced nine promotions across its office locations. In Princeton, Nicholas Gaunce has been promoted to member of the firm, effective June 1. For financial clients he handles all aspects of the litigation process for troubled loans, including bankruptcies, foreclosures, workouts and collection actions. For insurance concerns, Guance’s work includes handling claims for premises liability, broker malpractice, automobile accidents, legal and medical malpractice claims, and general liability matters. The remaining eight attorneys also promoted to member are: Julia Charnyshova, Derek Illar and Gosia Kosturek in Pittsburgh; Casey Coyle in Harrisburg; Eric Losey, Rachel Moynihan and Matthew Rodgers in Boston; and Mark Vogelbacker in Philadelphia. Eckert Seamans has 15 offices in the U.S. In addition to the Princeton office, in New Jersey the firm also has a Newark location.
