Founders Specialty Launches Unique Insurance Solution for Georgia Personal Injury Attorneys and Their Clients

Founders Specialty today announced a customized insurance solution for personal injury attorneys and their clients in the state of Georgia.

LegalFeeGuardSM is an insurance program that covers liability for attorney's fees and costs under Georgia's Offer of Settlement statute (O.C.G.A. 9-11-68). Attorneys can purchase the insurance on behalf of their client using a credit card on the http://www.legalfeeguard.com website. The program is underwritten by an A.M. Best 'A-' (Excellent) rated carrier on a surplus lines basis and is currently available for cases heard in Georgia's State Courts or Federal Courts applying Georgia law. Policy limits range from $10,000 to $250,000.
