eQHealth Solutions Names New Project Director for Colorado

BATON ROUGE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- eQHealth Solutions, a leader in population health management solutions, announced Liz Tingley, RN, BSN has joined our team as Project Director for the Colorado PAR (Prior Authorization Request) Program. The Program assists the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) to improve healthcare access and outcomes for Medicaid members while delivering sound stewardship of the state’s financial resources.

Liz brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical nursing, population health management, case management, utilization review, quality process improvements, and healthcare data analytics. Most recently, Liz was the Director of Population Health Management for a leading insurance company in Colorado. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Liz has also earned an Executive Certificate in Business Analysis and completed the Innovative Leadership Institute Program through the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
