EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (“EPIC”) has acquired Phillips Bros. Insurance Agency (“Phillips Bros.”), a Chicago-based, multi-line firm that focuses on private client and commercial property & casualty solutions. The strategic partnership supports the Phillips Bros. team’s growth objectives and continues to expand EPIC's strong presence in the Chicago region.

The fifth-generation family-run firm led by father-and-son duo Kevin and Charlie Phillips joined EPIC to leverage its resource-rich platform.
