WALNUT CREEK, California, May 18 -- CSAA Insurance Group, an insurance company, issued the following news:
CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer, has been awarded the "Judges' Choice" honor in the Voice of the Employee category from the 2018 Confirmit ACE Awards (https://www.confirmit.com/Company/Awards/ACE-Awards/). The honor underscores CSAA Insurance Group's commitment to measuring its employees' experiences at work and using those insights to enhance the organization's culture, improve retention, and, ultimately, drive better performance in the service of AAA members.
Confirmit's ACE Awards were established in 2005 to honor its clients' efforts to achieve customer excellence. As a recipient of an ACE Award, CSAA Insurance Group has demonstrated unprecedented application of Confirmit's software to continually drive improvement by listening to employees and adjusting business practices based on that feedback.
CSAA Insurance Group earned the Confirmit ACE Award for its use of Confirmit's Voice of the Employee software. The company moved away from a lengthy annual survey in favor of year-round "pulse" surveys, which eases the burden on employees. The new cadence allows managers to receive results more quickly and to use the feedback to make timely changes in response to employees' input on things like collaboration, career development, leadership, and recognition.
"By partnering with Confirmit, we were able to craft an employee experience survey that enables us to better understand employees' sentiment throughout the year regarding their work environments, and to react to it in a meaningful and expedited way," said Bruce Baumgarten, talent executive at CSAA Insurance Group. "This enables our employees to better fulfill our promise to be there when AAA members need us most."
Ken 0streng, president and CEO of Confirmit, said, "We are delighted to honor CSAA Insurance Group with a 2018 Confirmit ACE Award as it has proven its prowess in the employee experience field."
"CSAA Insurance Group's exemplary employee engagement program demonstrates an innovative approach to understanding its employees as well as its commitment to improving its business based on their feedback."
