Crimewatch: Pasquotank Sheriff makes arrests for trespassing, FTA, DWLR

Pasquotank Sheriff

Adam Lee Herring, 34, of the 200 block of Katies Trail, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was released after posting a $500 secured bond.

Lori Leann Gettier, 47, of the 200 block of Lynette Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 16 and charged with driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle with no liability insurance and displaying a fictitious title/registration. She was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $250 cash bond.

Brayden Riley Goddard, 18, of the 2300 block of Meiggs Road, Chesapeake, Virginia, was issued a criminal summons March 23 for a charge of second-degree trespass.

Austin Joseph Smith, 23, of the 1700 block of Wrightsville Blvd., Kill Devil Hills, was issued a criminal summons March 23 for second-degree trespass.

Brian McNeal, 23, of the 100 block of Baum Bay Drive, Kill Devil Hills, was issued a criminal summons March 23 for a charge of second-degree trespass.

Anthony James Decastilla, 20, of the 200 block of Forster Forbes Road, Powells Point, was issued a criminal summons March 23 for a charge of second-degree trespass.

Abdiel Enrique Chang, 35, of the 1000 block of Commissary Road, A, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 10 and charged with speeding to elude arrest and driving while license revoked. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $20,000 secured bond.

D'Quan Kamil Prebble, 29, of the 300 block of S. Edenton Road St., Edenton, was arrested March 25 and charged with failure to appear in court as required for failing to pay child support. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of an $800 cash bond.

Dustin Luke Bonds, 44, of the 4100 block of Poor Ridge Road, Kitty Hawk, was arrested March 13 and charged with violation of a valid protective order. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail on a 48-hour domestic violence hold.

John Anthony Williams, 32, of the 900 block of Foreman Bundy Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 19 and served an order for arrest for speeding and driving while license revoked. He was released after posting a $4,000 secured bond.

Corey J'Mel Gibbs, 36, of the 100 block of Foxboro Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested March 15 and charged with fraud, obtaining property by false pretenses. He was released after posting a $1,000 secured bond.

Kristina Ann Taylor, 44, of the 1900 of the N. Road St., Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 13 for a charge of misdemeanor larceny.

Jennifer Armstrong Winslow, 41, of the 700 block of Body Road, Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons March 12 for a charge of communicating threats.

Laila Keys-Garner, 23, of the 3000 block of Merva Court, Fort Washington, Md., was arrested March 12 and charged with failure to appear in court as required for simple possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance. She was released on a $500 secured bond.

Daniel Jarrett Lewis, 32, of the 600 block of Terry St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 27 and charged with injury to personal property, simple possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance, second-degree trespass and resisting a public officer. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $3,500 secured bond.
