The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment surplus spare parts (Signal Data Processor) applicable to Traffic Collision Avoidance systems (TCAS) used on AF E-3 and E-8 aircraft using Full & Open Competition.

Solicitation SPRWA1-17-Q-0010 is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for New/ Unused Commercial Surplus to obtain 10 each of the item labeled: S ignal data processor from a supply source with existing available stock on the shelf. Part number verification MFG: 13499, P/N: 822-1293-002. Surplus must be accompanied by FAA Form 8130-3, Airworthiness Approval Tag sign3ed by Rockwell Collins. Overhauled TCAS will be procured through authorized Rockwell Collins distributor(s). All other products must provide proof (details are in the procurement specification) of satisfactory compliance with all requirements of the procurement specification. If being procured from a surplus source, the part must be "new surplus" and traceable to an original Government acquisition contract. (Government Surplus: New/Unused or Used/Overhauled) Regarding all bidding vendors, the item must be immediately available for shipment/delivery (i.e. on the shelf).
