CNA Appoints David Hallstrom Assistant Vice President, Cyber Insurance

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Insurance Weekly News -- CNA announced the recent appointment of David Hallstrom to Assistant Vice President and Industry Leader, Cyber Insurance. In this role, David is responsible for CNA cyber product management. He reports to Katie Wilson, Vice President, General Liability and Cyber Underwriting.
"David has a proven track record of success at CNA. His deep understanding of the ever-evolving cyber landscape allows CNA to provide our customers with the services and expertise needed to address their exposures," Wilson said.
David has more than two decades of experience in technology, cyber and information risk insurance. He is highly regarded speaker and blog author on cyber risk. Prior to joining CNA in 2008, David held management positions at Risk Placement Services, Zurich North America, Near North National Group and Aon.
David earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Alabama and a master's degree from the University of Iowa.
