NEW YORK, June 21, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- CKR Law LLP is pleased to announce the opening of its first Texas office following its combination with O'Donnell, Ferebee & Frazer, P.C. ("OF&F").  OF&F was founded in 1982 and has substantial experience in areas of practice ranging from Bankruptcy, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Trusts and Estates, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Health Law and Labor and Employment Law. The closing of the transaction was effective as of June 1, 2018.

J. Michael O'Donnell was a founder of OF&F and has substantial experience in handling matters involving real estate, business organizations, banking, finance, estate planning and healthcare, with a particular emphasis on the representation of physicians. Mr. O'Donnell has served and counseled clients throughout the country in all aspects of their personal, business or professional endeavors.

William C. Ferebee was a founding member of O'Donnell, Ferebee & Frazer, P.C. and focuses his practice on business and complex litigation matters, including: shareholder disputes, contract disputes, banking litigation, employment litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property rights and transportation litigation. He is Board certified in Civil Trial Law.

Jason L. Frazer  represents both U.S. and foreign corporations from a wide range of industries. Mr. Frazer provides general corporate, securities, blockchain and digital currency advice, business and corporate governance support and has extensive experience working with entrepreneurs in start-up and mid-size ventures. He also serves as outside general counsel and assists clients in all aspects of corporate legal department development.

Michael P. Jensen's areas of practice include: Corporate/Transactional, Trust and Estates, Real Estate and International Estate Planning. His clients are individuals and small-to-medium businesses. Mr. Jensen advises clients on estate planning, real estate, and general business transactions. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Julie E. Benes  is an experienced litigator who handles complex civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, business disputes and employment matters. Ms. Benes regularly represents both businesses and individuals in various employment matters, including wage claims, non-solicitation, non-competition and trade secret litigation.

Robin K. Weinburgh assists clients with both their transactional and litigation needs. His transactional work includes helping clients form their businesses under the Texas Business and Organizations Code, negotiating commercial and residential lease contracts, drafting employment agreements, and taking steps to protect clients' intellectual property.

Kirk R. Wilson has extensive experience in estate and tax planning for individuals and families as well as the administration of decedents' estates and trusts and the preparation of U.S. estate tax returns. Mr. Wilson is a Texas Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law, and a California Board Certified Specialist in Probate, Estate Planning and Trust Law. He also holds an LL.M. degree

Robert G. Miller is a Board Certified Consumer Bankruptcy attorney. Mr. Millers areas of practice include Commercial and Civil Litigation, Appellate Practice and Bankruptcy.

Catherine V. Funkhouser specializes in civil litigation involving real estate, insurance, labor/employment and general business disputes.

Lloyd H. Carll has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate, business entities, contracts, and estate planning and probate.

Donald S. Stirman has extensive experience in real estate law, business law and business formation. Mr. Stirman' s clients have ranged from international Fortune 500 companies to small local businesses. Mr. Stirman is Past President of the Woodlands Bar Association and a qualified mediator for the American Arbitration Association, having served on its National Panel of Neutrals.
