By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Investment Weekly News -- Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MHM Services, Inc. ("MHM") a national provider of healthcare and staffing services to correctional systems and other government agencies.
