CarePartners of Connecticut now enrolling local seniors in new Medicare Advantage plans

PR Newswire

HARTFORD, Conn., Oct. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Connecticut seniors planning to enroll in a Medicare plan this fall have a new option when it comes to choosing their benefits. CarePartners of Connecticut, a new, not-for-profit Medicare health insurance organization, has created a new health plan: one that believes people with Medicare can be better served when health care providers and insurance work as one.

CarePartners of Connecticut

Striving to make health care less stressful, CarePartners of Connecticut is offering three new Medicare Advantage plans during the Annual Open Enrollment period, all of which provide access to high quality health care that is highly coordinated among providers, resulting in healthier members.

"At CarePartners, our commitment is to provide our customer's a more coordinated and less stressful health care experience, through a circle of care that revolves around them," said Marc Hudak, president of CarePartners of Connecticut. "We are truly unique in that our model enables physicians, hospitals and the health plan to collaborate together to increase quality and improve the coordination of care for our members. It is an exciting new choice for those who are eligible for Medicare and are exploring their options."

The Annual Enrollment Period runs from October 15 to December 7, 2018, with coverage effective on January 1, 2019. Complete benefits information about CarePartners of Connecticut's 2019 Medicare Advantage offering can be found at www.carepartnersct.com or by calling 1-844-276-5314 seven days a week (between 8:00am – 8:00pm EST).
