Sept. 23--ERIE, Pa. -- Marcia A. Dall, who has been chief financial officer of the Erie Indemnity Co. since 2009, is leaving the company Oct. 9 to become executive vice president and CFO of Churchill Downs Inc.
Before joining Erie Indemnity, which provides management services to Erie Insurance, Dall served as CFO of the health-care division at Cigna Corp. Previously, she had been a corporate officer for Genworth Financial Inc., a former subsidiary of General Electric Co.
"In her time with us, Marcia built a world-class financial operation," said Terry Cavanaugh, chief executive of Erie Insurance. "Her personal capability and commitment to Erie has played out in the growth and success we experienced during her tenure as CFO. "
