Boulder man found guilty of targeting millions in mass-mailing fraud schemes
DENVER– A 57- year-old Boulder man was found guilty by a jury of criminal charges related to mass-mailing fraud schemes, according to a release by the U.S. Department of Justice. Robert Reger of Boulder was found guilty alongside David Lytle, 64, of Leawood, Kansas. The two were a former senior executive and a former sales manager of Epsilon Data Management LLC.
