Beyond Risk Topco Holdings, LP ("Beyond Risk") today announced the strategic consolidation and rebranding of its three premier employee healthcare benefits insurance businesses under the unified "Beyond Health" brand. This strategic initiative combines the operational and underwriting strengths of SL Management Partners, LLC ("SLMP"), BeyondRe Stop Loss Insurance Services ("BeyondRe"), and the Beyond Health program to create a leader in the medical stop loss (MSL) and employee health benefits insurance market.

The consolidation unites:
