Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance Names Theresa Biedermann Head of Executive & Professional Lines Claims, U.S.

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) today announced that Theresa Biedermann has been promoted to Head of Executive & Professional (E&P) Lines Claims in the U.S. She was previously Head of Commercial D&O & Financial Institutions Claims in the U.S.

Theresa will now oversee claims across all BHSI E&P Lines in the U.S., including Commercial (Public) D&O, Private D&O, Financial Institutions, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber, Life Agents Broker Dealers, Lawyers Professional, and Miscellaneous Errors & Omissions Insurance.

Theresa joined BHSI in 2016 as Complex Claims Director and held a succession of increasingly senior positions, including AVP, E&P Lines Claims, and Vice President, E&P Lines Claims, before assuming her most recent role leading commercial D&O and financial institutions claims.
