Argo Group Declares a 23% Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend to $0.27 per Share

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: AGII), an international underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, announced today its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per share on the company's common stock, an increase of $0.05 per share, or 22.7%, to the amount declared in previous quarters. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2017, to shareholders of record on March 3, 2017.
