AmWINS Group Completes Acquisition of Impact Interactive

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AmWINS Group, Inc. (“AmWINS”), a global distributor of specialty insurance products and services, announced today the acquisition of Impact Interactive, an Atlanta-based data and technology company that specializes in employee benefit enrollment systems and dependent eligibility audit services.

Founded in 1988, Impact Interactive was one of the first companies to introduce an online benefit enrollment system. That system - called the WeCare® Benefit Enrollment and Communications System - remains one of the most comprehensive enrollment systems available.
