Allstar Financial Group announces executive leadership promotions and acquisitions.

ATLANTA, Oct. 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Allstar Financial Group, an Atlanta based holding company with multiple specialty MGA's across the country, is pleased to announce changes to their executive leadership division.  Andrew Heaner, Founder of Allstar Financial Group (Allstar), will now assume the responsibility of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.  Since the inception of Allstar in 1999, Mr. Heaner has grown the Allstar family of companies to include more than 15 niche insurance programs, writing coverages through more than 20 offices nationwide.

David Brett has been promoted to the position of President for Allstar Financial Group.  In his new role Mr. Brett will focus on the oversight of all insurance operations as well as focusing on the company's growth over the next five years.  Andrew Heaner writes, "David's experience in our industry has allowed us to expand our operations significantly and we welcome his commitment to our continued success."

Previously, Mr. Brett served as Chief Operation Officer and Executive Vice President. Throughout his nearly 13 years of employment with Allstar Mr. Brett has been paramount in helping to expand Allstar to include 11 separate trading companies with annual premium writings in excess of over $1 Billion dollars.

Allstar Financial Group is also pleased to announce the acquisition of Renova Partners, LLC, a financial advisory and investment banking firm specializing in merger and acquisition services for community banks and emerging middle market companies across industries. Renova Partners will become the newest addition to the Allstar family of companies. Tommy Duffy, founding partner of Renova will continue as the Chief Executive Officer of Renova.
