Alignment Healthcare Launches Industry-First “Access On-Demand Concierge” Program to Make Health Care Simpler and Accessible 24/7 for Seniors at No Added Cost
Program available to all 2019 Alignment Health Plan members, along with other key services from transportation to appointments to in-home meal delivery post-hospitalization

With ACCESS, members receive three core benefits, any time of day, seven days a week:
- Easy access to a licensed, board-certified physician by phone or video call,
- A dedicated concierge team to help patients make appointments, schedule transportation, determine benefits, arrange in-home meal delivery upon discharge from a hospital, and more; and
- Information about their benefits via phone, online member portal, or mobile app.
All Alignment Health Plan members will receive a black ACCESS card with all the information they need to reach their concierge team. Members of some 2019 plans also receive a monthly over-the-counter (OTC) medicine and health aid benefit, where the ACCESS card can be used as a debit card with a monthly stipend to purchase eligible OTC items at more than 50,000 participating drug stores, including CVS, Dollar General, Family General, Rite Aid, Walgreens and Walmart.
