Aegis Health Group Promotes Two Senior Management Team Members as Part of Continued Growth Strategy

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Complementing a continuing trend of rapid growth, business development and population health leader, Aegis Health Group, has announced the promotion of two senior-level executives. Stepping into new roles with the company are Rochell Pierce and Yale Miller, who will serve as Senior Vice President of Market Development and Client Solutions Principal respectively.

Pierce, who has served as Vice President of Market Development since joining the company in 2007, has moved into the role of Aegis Health’s Senior Vice President of Market Development. She now oversees the Market Development roles of both employer engagement and physician outreach in all of Aegis’ market segments nationally. Prior to joining Aegis, Pierce was Co-founder and President of Trilogy Integrated Health Care. Additionally she previously served as Director of Clinical Operations with both Psychiatric Solutions and American Psychiatric Partners.

Miller, who most recently served as Executive Vice President, originally joined Aegis in 1999 from hospital giant HCA. He helped to establish Aegis Health’s client services division before moving into senior operations roles within the company. In his new role as Client Solutions Principal, Miller oversees all consultative and solutions activities for existing and prospective Aegis clients.

These promotions come on the heels of a spate of recent additions to Aegis Health’s business development team.
