A very pregnant Zephyr Teachout launches campaign ad featuring her own sonogram
The candidate, who is expecting her first child next month, launched a campaign ad this weekend featuring footage of her getting a sonogram in a doctor's office.

After the camera pans from the sonogram screen to her face, Teachout addresses the camera directly.

Teachout, 46, has previously said she'd like to normalize the presence of a pregnant candidate on the campaign trail. The title of the video on her Youtube page reads: "Being a parent and being in power shouldn't be in conflict for a woman anymore than they're for a man."
The ad is digital-only, her campaign said.
