A.M. Best Senior Director to Speak on Panels at the ICMIF’s Meeting of Reinsurance Officials

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- A.M. Best will participate in the International Cooperative and Mutual Insurance Federation’s (ICMIF) 2018 Meeting of Reinsurance Officials (MORO) at the Loews Hôtel Vogue, April 23 – 25, 2018, in Montréal, Québec.

Greg Williams, senior director, will participate in two panels at the event. The first panel titled, “Current State of the Reinsurance Market,” will be held Monday, April 23, and will focus on current reinsurance market issues, including the cedant, reinsurer, broker and rating agency perspectives on topics such as, reinsurance pricing. The second panel titled, “Reinsurance the Mutual Way,” will be held Tuesday, April 24, and will discuss the differences between mutual insurers and stock companies when it comes to reinsurance purchasing.
