Maurer, of East Petersburg, has been promoted to unique and special assets manager. He was hired in 1992. Most recently, the Elizabethtown College graduate was real estate manager.

Albright, of Columbia, has been promoted to middle office account manager. Hired in 2004, the Millersville University graduate most recently was accounting officer.

Millersville University has promoted Andrew Welaish to director of library operations at the McNairy Library and Learning Forum.

Welaish, of Lancaster, was hired in 2002. Most recently he was interim director of library operations for just under a year.

Welaish holds a bachelor's degree from Millersville University and a master's degree from Drexel University.

Benchmark Construction has promoted Chris Flynn to project executive.

Flynn, of Lancaster, was hired in 2013 as an account manager. He holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University, and master's degrees from Penn State and Liberty University.

Godfrey has hired Zach Trimble as a digital manager and Abby Foust as an associate account manager.

Trimble, of Mountville, previously was the user interface specialist with Clipper Magazine. Trimble is a Shippensburg University graduate.

Foust, of Lancaster, previously was a product and service education coordinator for Anthropologie. Foust is a Penn State University graduate.

Barley Snyder has hired Tim Malloy as an associate attorney in its finance and creditors' rights and business groups.

Malloy, of Wyomissing, holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State University, a law degree from Duquesne University and a master of laws degree from Georgetown University.

Tuscarora Wayne Group of Wyalusing, Bradford County, has appointed Michael R. Klinefelter to its board of directors.

Klinefelter, of Millersville, is president and chief executive officer of G.R. Klinefelter Underwriters, Windsor Mount Joy Insurance and Cloister Mutual Casualty Insurance, all in Ephrata.

Lancaster Catholic High School's Office of Advancement has hired Kristopher Nolt as public relations manager.

Nolt, of Reamstown, most recently was social media manager and secondary media contact for Union College's men's hockey team, and primary media contact for 12 other Union teams.

Nolt is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic and Slippery Rock University.

Clermont Wealth Strategies, a division of Fulton Bank, has promoted Elizabeth A. Peris and Kristen L. Hartman.

Peris, of Lancaster, has been named senior vice president and senior portfolio manager. Hired in 2005, she most recently was vice president and senior portfolio manager.

Peris has a bachelor's degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a master's degree from St. Francis College.

Hartman, of Lititz, has been named chief fiduciary officer and manager of trust services. Hired in 2005, she most recently was chief fiduciary officer and wealth planner.

Hartman has a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College, a master of laws degree from Villanova University and a law degree from Widener University.

Kunzler & Co. has hired Frank Gee as cost accounting manager.

Gee, of Lancaster, joins Kunzler from ConAgra Foods. He holds a bachelor's degree from Penn State.
