Virtuoso Sourcing Group Deploys Debt Collection Solution from Latitude Software
Collection agency uses Latitude’s hosted debt collection software suite to provide superior customer service
The hosted Latitude software suite has enabled Virtuoso to provide superior customer service, according to Virtuoso’s CEO,
“Latitude’s open, Windows-based architecture has enabled us to do our own programming and in-depth analysis so we can flexibly tailor our services,” La Spada said. “We can provide clients with customized reports and we give them the ability to view their data to see the progress we’re making on collections. In addition, we can analyze and identify certain segments of the data to target for maximum collections effectiveness.”
In addition, Virtuoso has deployed Latitude add-on applications for Web portal access, data mapping, the creation of visual flowcharts, and the automation of file delivery and e-mail notifications.
“During our company’s start-up phase in 2009 we reviewed multiple debt collection solutions,” La Spada said. “The Latitude solution came highly recommended by industry peers. Upon review, it was immediately clear that the solution was created by people who’ve worked in our industry and have been in our shoes. Latitude Center has given us the functionality that competitive products lacked, along with an intuitive user-interface that has minimized agent training time.”
Today, Virtuoso uses the hosted Latitude solution to support all of the company’s agents located across its two
“We’ve taken advantage of Latitude’s hosted option to get us up and running fast, keep start-up costs low, and flexibly scale in response to rapid growth,” La Spada said. “What’s great is that we can move to Latitude’s premise-based solution whenever we’re ready without losing functionality or suffering a disruption in business.”
