Title365 Company Appoints Vickie Crestani as New Division President for Texas [Manufacturing Close – Up]

Title365 Company, a nationwide provider of title insurance and escrow services, announced the appointment of Vickie Crestani to the role of President, Texas State Operations effective immediately.

Crestani, an original founder of Title365 with more than three decades of industry-related experience, will be responsible for bringing the culture of Title365 to markets throughout Texas as well as managing operational leadership, state-wide expansion and professional recruitment.

As President, Texas State Operations for Title365 Company, and Manager of X1 Exchange, Inc., Crestani brings working knowledge of commercial and residential closing transactions, real estate exchanges and executive-level management experience. Recognized as a savvy veteran able to formulate plausible solutions to all matters faced during a transaction, Crestani has held senior-level positions with several major underwriters and title agencies. Most recently, she acted as EVP, Compliance and Operations for Title365 and worked to establish the Company's national platform. Crestani brings knowledge of closing, title, exchanges, mortgage lending and private loan servicing to the Texas region.

Prior to joining Title365, Crestani was a Senior Vice President/ Escrow Administrator with LandAmerica/United Title where she was a strategic advocate for technological innovation within the title and escrow industries and played an integral part in the improved flow of information between title and closing service components and other real estate transactional participants. Crestani boasts second- to-none knowledge of title and closing policies and procedures, in accordance with national, state and local regulations and has acted as a Qualified Intermediary to facilitate 1031 Exchanges. In addition, she brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, auditing, trust accounting, tract home, resale, FSBOs, foreclosure, refinancing and relocation transactions. Crestani holds membership with the Texas Land Title Association, American Escrow Association and American Land Title Association.
