(Nasdaq:TBBK), today announced that the InsurCard Visa Prepaid Card was honored as the winner of the Best International Prepaid category at the prestigious OSCARDS^® award ceremony in Paris last night.

The OSCARDS recognize extraordinary innovation in bank card applications and is one of the highest honors a card-related company can receive. 15 winners were announced from a shortlist of 64 nominees, handpicked from the 500 new cards listed in the 2010 Innovative Cards Report, published by Publi-News and Alténor. Winners were chosen from a panel of international experts in the field of card payments.
