Softchoice Appoints Steven Gaeta as VP of Sales, US East

Softchoice, a technology solutions and services provider, announced the appointment of Steven Gaeta as Vice President of Sales for the Company's US East region.

According to a release, Gaeta brings more than 20 years of complex technology sales and management experience having worked in senior roles at Oracle, AT&T Global Services and, most recently, Dell.

"I believe his experience in developing strong client relationships, his knowledge of the channel and ability to lead and inspire great team performance will benefit Softchoice immensely as he takes the reigns leading our sales organization in our US East Region."

Gaeta has spent the last 14 years in progressively senior sales leadership roles with Dell, most recently working as a Director of Global Sales for Financial Services, Insurance and Telco/Media verticals. In this capacity, Gaeta was responsible for all lines of business, including servers, storage, networking, services and end- user computing. His leadership helped restore the organization to a performance-oriented, solution selling culture, positioning Dell to be the #1 IT supplier, worldwide.

In his new role with Softchoice, Gaeta will operate from the company's Atlanta office.
