Patients instantly have the opportunity to choose from an individual club membership or a family plan that can cover up to six dependents. The membership plans cover general dentistry and also orthodontic services provided by Smile Structure Dentistry and Braces.

The cost for Smile Savers membership club is $105 for an individual, and $195 for a family. Both plans are annual and include free exams and digital X-rays, as well as unlimited visits. The Smile Savers membership plan will have special discounts and prizes for members who frequent Smile Structure Dentistry and Braces. The discounts range from 15 percent off teeth whitening and no-cost gift cards to stores such as Best Buy, HEB, Wal-Mart, Target, and more.
