Knowlton brings nearly 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate representing institutional investors, property owners, developers and lenders in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, financing and litigation involving office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. He also has expertise representing both landlords and tenants in leasing office, industrial and high-end retail properties across the country.
While at YPI, Knowlton oversaw all legal matters for the company, including all acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, corporate finance and corporate governance. During his tenure, Knowlton’s achievements included closing 40 office building acquisitions/dispositions; handling workout restructurings and modifications on commercial office loans valued in excess of
