Bertling Joins North American Title Group as Senior Vice President, Business Systems and Processes

PR Web

Miami, FL (PRWEB) February 05, 2014

North American Title Group (NATG) has added Tiffany Bertling as senior vice president, business systems and processes. She is responsible for identifying, developing and monitoring initiatives designed to improve overall business operations and realize systematic efficiencies.

“I am extremely pleased that Tiffany Bertling has agreed to join North American Title Group as part of our national team,” said Tom Fischer, NATG president. “Tiffany’s extensive experience in field operations, coupled with her expertise in escrow software, QA/QC, and national systems and processes, will be a tremendous asset to our company as we continue to adapt to the evolving title insurance business landscape.”

Bertling spent 20 years with a Dallas-based national title operation where she led the coordination and consolidation of multiple title operations into a single consistent business model and common escrow operating system. She held the position of senior vice president business systems and processes while managing multiple support departments before and after a merger. In this role, she participated in integration among affiliated title agency, underwriter, homebuilder and mortgage companies. Bertling began her career with the company as an escrow officer, before moving to a branch manager position and later taking on corporate responsibilities for training and quality assurance.

“I am honored to have the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to delivery of quality customer service in what can be a very challenging industry,” said Bertling. “I am impressed with the experience of the North American Title team members and their willingness to adapt to an ever-changing environment in an effort to always exceed the expectations of our customers.”

Bertling has affiliations with the Real Estate Services Providers Council (RESPRO®), in addition to the American Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association.

She travels regularly to the North American Title Group’s corporate office in Miami and maintains an office at the North American Title Marketplace branch in Irving, Texas.
