Protrans, Inc. and RJC Agency merge to form All Trans Risk Solutions, LLC.

In a development which will change the way public transportation insurance is sold, two of the country’s premier vendors of school bus and limousine coverage have merged to form a new, more powerful entity, All Trans Risk Solutions LLC (All Trans).

All Trans will be headed by R. Jeffrey Carlson, formerly the principal owner of the RJC Agency of Manasquan, NJ (RJC). With RJC, Mr. Carlson administered a nationwide school bus insurance program for Hartford Insurance Group. This program, which ran for 12 years, has been replaced with a new, “A” rated carrier, and an announcement will be coming soon about the new carrier and program. In addition to the school bus program, All Trans will also be announcing in the very near future another exclusive auto driven program backed by another “A” rated carrier.

“We’re excited about our ability to enhance our broker network, as well as being able to bring more representation and diverse product to our brokers and clients,” says Mr. Carlson about the launch.

Robert G. Lull, Mr. Carlson’s partner from Protrans, Inc., is also enthusiastic about the new company. “All Trans is the next step in our continued effort to support the public transportation industry with quality insurance and risk management,” Mr. Lull said.

Former ProTrans EVP Matt Simnor and RJC’s Megan Morbee will also have key roles in the company.
