Pleas entered in Sessions Court

Feb. 22--Several pleas were entered recently in Claiborne Sessions Court by Judge Robert Estep.

Tyler Lynn Rogers, 21, charged with assault, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement (time served). Rogers must complete 10 ETHRA anger management classes. He can have no unlawful contact with his victim. Rogers must pay at least $90 per month in court costs and fines.

Anthony A. Adams, 33, charged with assault, was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and ordered to pay all monetary obligations in full the day of his plea agreement hearing. Adams must never again attempt to assault his victim.

Mark Anthony Laws, 24, charged with resisting arrest, was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay all court costs and fines in full before July 31.

Jeffrey Cameron Underwood, 21, charged with evading arrest on foot and violation of the insurance law, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Underwood must pay at least $50 per month in court costs and fines.

Tiffany Faye McGeorge, 22, charged with driving under the influence and possession of a legend drug and drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 15 days confinement (time served). McGeorge must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines.

Spencer T. Orick, 23, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 34 days confinement. Orick must serve here consecutive weekends before becoming eligible for an inpatient treatment in exchange for jail credit. He must attend a MADD Forum. Orick cannot be on the premises of the CRS Club or the Mustang Lounge. He cannot consume any alcohol and must wear a SCRAM device for his entire sentence. Orick is further ordered to either maintain full-time employment or student status. He must pay $90 per month in court costs and fines. His license is revoked for one year.

Dylan L. Cook, 20, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement (credit for any time served). Cook must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines. His license is revoked for one year.

Cornelia E. Mullins, 45, charged with possessing and inhaling intoxicants, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with three days confinement (time served). As a condition of probation, Mullins must complete an inpatient rehabilitation program.

James C. Campbell, 43, charged with two counts of possession of a legend drug, was sentenced to a consecutive 60 days confinement. This sentence runs concurrently with prior ones.

Crystal Allison Jones, 29, charged with possession of a schedule II drug and driving on a revoked license, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 30 days confinement (credit for 21 days served). Jones will serve the remainder of her sentence on consecutive weekends. She must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines.

Darrell Wayne Hatfield, 54, charged with possession of a schedule III drug, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Hatfield must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation once found fully compliant.

Regina L. Hampton, 42, charged with attempted possession of a schedule IV drug, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation with four days confinement. Hampton must pay $100 per month in court costs and fines. She will serve her unsuspended confinement on consecutive weekends beginning in March.

Brandon Daniel Wheatley, 25, charged with vandalism under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days probation with 58 days confinement (time served). Wheatley must pay $100 in restitution to LaFollette Housing Authority</org> in full prior to a review hearing on Aug. 14. He must complete the Ridgeview therapy program.

Paul Randall Bullen, 45, charged with two counts of theft under $500, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days confinement. Bullen was ordered to pay a total $810 in restitution to his victims the day of his plea agreement hearing. This sentence runs concurrently with prior ones.

Jerry William Davis, 45, charged with theft under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days EHRA supervised probation. Davis must pay $12 in restitution to Domino's Pizza in Tazewell and at least $50 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation once found fully compliant.

Harold D. Long, 41, charged with driving on a revoked license (fourth offense), was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days confinement. This sentence runs concurrently with prior ones.

Bradley Allan Russell, 29, charged with driving on a revoked license, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days unsupervised probation with 30 days confinement (credit for any time served since Sept. 12). Russell must pay at least $70 per month in court costs and fines beginning within 30 days of release from jail.

James C. Hatfield, 50, charged with two counts of driving on a suspended license, was sentenced to a consecutive one year ETHRA supervised probation with ten days confinement. Hatfield will serve his jail time on consecutive Sundays and Mondays beginning in March. He must pay $50 per month in court costs and fines.

Samuel L. Pelcher, 33, charged with driving on a suspended license, was sentenced to six months confinement (credit for any time served since May 10). This sentence will run concurrently will an upcoming criminal court plea agreement.

Joshua A. Teague, 24, charged with violations of the driver's license and financial responsibility laws, was sentenced to 30 days unsupervised probation. Teague must pay all court costs and fines in full prior to a review hearing on May 6.

Prentice Lambert Jr., 53, charged with public intoxication, was sentenced to 30 days probation with three days confinement (time served). Lambert must pay all court costs and fines in full prior to a review hearing on April 8.
