Odgers Berndtson Appoints Brian Schnepff to Lead Chicago Practice [Manufacturing Close – Up]

According to a release, Schnepff will provide senior-level executive search and related advisory services to clients within the insurance and retirement services sectors, leveraging his industry insights to help clients identify and attract leaders who can manage through the profound challenges facing the sector, such as capital restraints, evolving regulations, and low interest rates, while simultaneously positioning themselves to take advantage of myriad opportunities afforded by technology; improved analytics; demand for integrated risk solutions; and the demand for practical retirement solutions, particularly among underinsured middle-market consumers. He has served the industry broadly across insurance carriers, reinsurers, technology and data services companies, brokers, and private equity firms.
In addition to conducting searches for front office executive- level roles, Schnepff will conduct functional and business-line leadership searches, including those for heads of risk management, strategy, actuarial, underwriting, product management, marketing, sales and distribution, operations infrastructure, technology and finance, among others.
