Oasis Outsourcing Announces Acquisition of Advantec

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oasis Outsourcing, the nation’s largest privately-held Professional Employer Organization (PEO), has announced the acquisition of Advantec, a PEO that has provided comprehensive employment-related services to its diverse client base for more than 13 years. Advantec offers a wide range of human resources, payroll processing, benefits and risk management solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses throughout the United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

This is the fourth strategic acquisition made by Oasis in the last four years.
