Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies, Inc. Gets Animated in New Advertising Campaign

PR Web

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) April 10, 2014

Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies, Inc., a wellness company that helps patients manage their chronic conditions by providing cost-effective, high-quality medical and pharmacy supplies delivered directly to their homes, announced the launch of its first national television advertising campaign.

The new advertisements will feature Jean and Henry, an adorable animated couple with a quirky love of antique clocks who have the perfect story to show how much better Med-Care makes your life. Jean and Henry were created by Jason Patterson and Dan Abdo, animation directors at the New York-based production company Hornet Inc.

"Med-Care is a company of people who go to work every day to make life better for those living with chronic illnesses. We wanted to breathe new life into Med-Care's brand and do something different than what we've seen in the current crop of medical commercials," said Jason Patterson. "For the look we knew 2d animation was the best approach. It allowed us to create a rich and engaging world while still giving our characters a ton of personality and charm. The warmth of the hand drawn art underscored our central idea, that Med-Care is a company that is invested in people's wellness."

"This is a great opportunity to expand on the Med-Care brand and bring awareness to those that can benefit from our services," said Dr. Steven Silverman, founder and CEO of Med-Care. "We want to reach consumers and patients that are in tune with taking care of their health and are interested in the best and latest medical and wellness devices and products."

The campaign is slated to air on ABC, CNN, and CBS networks. See the commercial on Med-Care Diabetic & Medical Supplies' YouTube Page. For more information and advertising inquiries, please contact Jonathan Kornvein at jkornvein(at)medcareinc(dot)com.
