Joint presentation in Dublin will focus on how to reduce financial, operational, and customer risks

The session, “Automating Business Processes To Improve Revenue Assurance and Eliminate Risk,” will be presented by Mark Bergsma, manager revenue assurance at Ziggo, and Lavastorm’s Chief Marketing Officer, Matt Hooper. The joint presentation will take place from 9-9:30 a.m. local time on Thursday May 24, 2012 as part of the Policy and Revenue Management Summit.
