Kemper Home Service Companies Selects LIDP’s Policy Administration Solution

LIDP Consulting, Inc., today announced that Kemper Home Service Companies, based in St. Louis, Missouri, has signed a license agreement for the use of The Administrator, LIDP’s policy administration solution.

Kemper selected LIDP and The Administrator as their Life 70 policy administration replacement platform for many reasons. The Administrator’s product processing, SOA/Web Service capabilities and scalability were several key factors that led to their decision.    

Kemper’s decision is the result of a multi-year search process that looked at many of the currently available vendor solutions. The search included a proof of concept phase where The Administrator was installed on Kemper hardware and benchmarked for the 4.5 million contracts that Kemper plans to convert to the system.
