Invvision Capital Announces The Appointment of Bob L. Clements As CEO of RG Insurance Services

DALLAS  , MAR 8, 2004  – Invvision Capital, Inc. (“Invvision”; OTCBB: INVA)  d/b/a RG America has announced Bob Clements has been appointed CEO of its RG Insurance Services Agency (RGIS).  RGIS is a full lines insurance agency. “Bob is an experienced manager who will oversee the dynamic growth our insurance agency is currently enjoying, as well as plan for its continued expansion” said J. E. Rea, CEO of RG America. Mr. Clements has over thirty years of experience in the restaurant and wholesale food industry. Insurance products for the food industry and restaurants are one of the focuses of RGIS.

Mr. Clements is a native of Dallas where he has built several successful businesses. He also owns Leon ’s Texas Cuisine which produces and distributes specialty foods to both institutional and retail food outlets. Mr. Clements developed and operates two very successful restaurants in Rockwall, Culpepper Steak House and The Oar House. He attended Rutherford Business College and Harvard Business School OPM Program.
