Hyland Software And Duck Creek Partner To Offer Automation Processes

Jun 09, 2010 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Hyland Software and Duck Creek Technologies have formed a partnership to offer insurers a technology matchup like automating exceptions and integrating content with e-mail.

The Hyland Software and Duck Creek partnership provides a solution to automate processes and manage content. Insurers will have the abilities such as: automating processes when exceptions occur; access to agent portals; visibility into business and other processes; media storage like audio files and content management that provides a customer view.

Sam Mazzola, director of insurance solutions at Hyland Software, said: "Insurers are looking for technology that manages their processes from start-to-finish.
