GCC Servicing Systems Streamlines Property Inspection Ordering with Five Brothers Integration
Enables on-demand, real-time ordering of inspections
Previously, lenders had to navigate away from G/SERV and manually enter inspections on the Five Brothers website. Through the integration, the need for property inspections can be determined and the inspections ordered or even cancelled in real-time from the G/SERV platform.
“With GCC customers already using Five Brothers for the ordering of property inspections, the integration was a natural move. Servicers now have one-click access to this service, making the process simpler and more accurate,” said
To further automate inspections, G/SERV can run reports that pull all loans needing an inspection and submit the results to Five Brothers for ordering, without any user input. Inspection results, including photos, can also be accessed directly through G/SERV, alleviating the need to visit multiple websites and compile data from disparate sources. In addition, GCC customers can order Five Brothers’ property preservation services through the servicing platform.
“In today’s lending atmosphere, it is vital for servicers to be able to automate as much as possible,” said
GCC’s G/SERV is a comprehensive platform that automates all functions of loan servicing, including loan set-up, cash management, escrow and insurance administration, investor reporting and accounting, default management and federal and state reporting.
