FirstService Residential Presents Community Association Exposition in Vero Beach

FirstService Residential is hosting a free community association exposition on Monday, April 14. The event will take place at The Club at Pointe West, located at 7500 14th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32966. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. and will be followed by a Q&A-style "Ask the Experts"panel featuring subject-matter experts at 10:00 a.m., designed to educate and offer both condominium and HOA board members the opportunity to lead the discussion. Breakfast and lunch will be served.

Panelists will include Roger Baber, Engineer with MCR Professional Engineering, Rob Gresham, Certified Arborist with Valley Crest Landscape Companies, Mitchell Krauss, Value Engineering Manager with FirstService Residential, Jim Maler, President of All Florida Pest Control, Nikki Monahan, Vice President for FirstService Residential, Jeff Rembaum, Esquire with the law firm of Kaye Bender Rembaum, and Corey Slavic, Insurance Advisor with HUB International Florida.

Attendees will also be offered an opportunity to meet industry leaders during the exposition and attend a condominium board certification course open to all area condominium board members. Upon completion of the course, newly elected or appointed condominium board members will receive a certificate of completion that satisfies Florida legal requirements for their role.
