Farm Service Agency and Commodity Credit Corporation Issue Interim Rule on Noninsured Crop Disaster Assistance Program
WASHINGTON, Dec. 16– The U.S. Farm Service Agency and Commodity Credit Corporation published the following rule in the Federal Register:. A Rule by the Farm Service Agency and the Commodity Credit Corporation on 12/15/2014. This rule clarifies that the Farm Service Agency may set separate market prices for organic crops and for direct to consumer sales.
