Epstein Becker Green Adds Ted Kennedy, Jr. as Partner

The national law firm of Epstein Becker Green announced that Edward M. "Ted" Kennedy, Jr., has joined as a Member of the Firm in the Health Care and Life Sciences practice in the firm's Stamford, Conn., office.
According to a release, as a healthcare regulatory attorney, Kennedy will counsel healthcare clients on the critical legal and reimbursement policy issues and changes facing hospitals, post- acute providers, government and commercial insurance entities, and life sciences companies.
Kennedy co-founded and served as President of the Marwood Group, a healthcare- focused strategic advisory and financial services firm. Under Kennedy's leadership, the Marwood Group advised hundreds of the nation's foremost healthcare companies, institutional investors, and trade associations. He previously served as a lawyer at a New Haven, Conn., law firm and as the Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the Connecticut Hospital Association.
"Ted is uniquely positioned to provide advice to healthcare companies because of his legal background, business advisory skills, deep industry expertise, and knowledge of payment policies," said Mark Lutes, Chair of Epstein Becker Green's Board of Directors.
