Dallas Wealth Management Firm RGT Celebrates 25 Years of Business

Robertson, Griege & Thoele (RGT) will celebrate a quarter century of doing business with some of North Texas' most affluent individuals and families. On Thursday, October 21, the firm will host a party for its distinguished clientele and colleagues at the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in honor of this milestone.

Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 20, 2010 -- In the wealth management profession, it is rare to find an independent, fee-only firm that has been in business for 25 years. But this month, Dallas-based Robertson, Griege & Thoele (RGT) will celebrate a quarter century of doing business with some of North Texas' most affluent individuals and families. On Thursday, October 21, the firm will host a party for its distinguished clientele and colleagues at the Margot and Bill Winspear Opera House at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in honor of this milestone. This invitation-only event will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Founded in 1985 by CPAs who emerged from a big four accounting firm, RGT's business proposition was to present an alternative to Wall Street firms that manufactured a financial product. "When we began the organization, our intent was to offer an independent, fee-only firm that could provide objective counsel in all areas of an individual's financial affairs," said Mark Griege, one of RGT's founding partners. "We had no idea that RGT would grow into one of the largest independent fee-based firms in the country. RGT's assets under management have grown but our offer is still the same, to be a trusted advisor to our clients. It's a true honor to celebrate 25 years in North Texas. We are so thankful to everyone who continues to look to us for financial guidance."

Chuck Thoele, RGT's Chief Investment Officer adds that although many firms offer a variety of services around the wealth management function, what makes RGT truly unique is the depth of financial planning and investment management that is offered, as well as the background and credentials of the firm's employees. "In addition, our independent investment platform is unique and customized for each client. We review all areas of a client's financial situation to develop the most beneficial and comprehensive plan to meet their needs. Our staff's unique skill set empowers them to provide a well-rounded plan based on immediate opportunities as well as long-term goals," said Thoele.

With offices in Dallas and Newport Beach, California, RGT's team includes 13 Certified Financial Planners (CFP), nine Certified Public Accountants (CPA), four JDs and three Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA).
