June 30--Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls on Friday:

Warrant

7:18 p.m. A 38-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant and transported from the Grace Lake Bar on the 51000 block of Wind Flower Drive to the Beltrami County Jail.

Burglary

9:04 p.m. A burglary was reported in Northern Township on the 1100 block of Wedgewood Lane NW.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls on Saturday:

DWI

12:16 a.m. A 23-year-old man was arrested for DWI, giving a false name, driving after revocation, no proof of insurance and violating conditions of release. An 18-year-old passenger was cited for minor consumption on and Town Hall Road NW.

10:46 a.m. A 51-year-old man was arrested for DWI on 12th Street NW and Irvine Ave. NW.

Disorderly conduct

7:55 p.m. A 45-year-old man was arrested for violating court order on the 3400 block of State Park Road NE.

Burglary

8:24 p.m. A burglary was reported on the 6400 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Investigation is ongoing.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls on Sunday:

Violation

2:09 a.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release on 4th Street NW and Beltrami Ave. NW.

Underage consumption

3:36 a.m. An 18-year-old man was arrested and cited for underage consumption and allowing open container. Three 18-year-old male passengers were cited for minor consumption on Lake Boulevard NE and 8th Street NE.

Disorderly conduct

5:41 a.m. A 48-year-old man was arrested for a probation violation following a disorderly conduct call to the 19500 block of Mission Road SE in Cass Lake.

Theft

12:33 p.m. A firearm was reported stolen from a home on the 800 block of Stone Lake Road NW.

Warrant

4:13 p.m. A 53-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant on the 100 block of 6th Street NW in Cass Lake.

Assault

10:10 p.m. A 35-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault on the 4000 block of Supreme Court NW. A 25-year-old woman was also arrested.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Friday:

11:02 a.m. A 42-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and probation violation on the 600 block of Beltrami Ave. NW.

11:46 a.m. A 24-year-old woman was arrested on an active felony warrant out of Iowa on the 3800 block of Whispering Meadows Court NW.

Theft

11:08 a.m. A concrete birdbath was reported stolen from the cemetery on the 1900 block of Bemidji Ave. N.

5:51 p.m. A 32-year-old woman was cited for shoplifting from Deb's at the Paul Bunyan Mall. Suspect flood scene on foot prior to officer's arrival.

DWI

11:53 p.m. A 34-year-old man was arrested for DWI on 5th Street NW and Bemidji Ave. N.

Warrant

10:54 a.m. A 40-year-old man was arrested for providing a false name and an outstanding warrant out of Cass County on the 600 block of 4th Street NW.

5:09 p.m. A 27-year-old man was arrested on a warrant and cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop on the 2700 block of Ridgeway Ave. NW. A 34-year-old female passenger was cited for no insurance.

Theft

8:00 p.m. A 21-year-old man was arrested for trespass and theft on the 1900 block of Birchmont Drive NE.

DWI

9:15 p.m. A 36-year-old man was arrested for DWI following a report of a possibly intoxicated male sitting in a vehicle on the 500 block of Paul Bunyan drive NW.

Assault

2:35 a.m. A 31-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following a family crime call to the 2300 block of Ash Ave. NW in which a request to remove an intoxicated male was made.

5:06 a.m. A 26-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree domestic assault on the 1000 block of 12th Street NW.

7:06 p.m. A 20-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree domestic assault on the 700 block of 37th Street NE.

11:57 p.m. An 18-year-old was arrested following an assault call to the 1600 block of Irvine Ave. NW.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Sunday:

Assault

1:27 a.m. A 31-year-old woman was arrested for fifth-degree assault and a body only warrant on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW.

Weapons

1:50 a.m. A complaint of an adult male brandishing a handgun at Toasty Beavers was made on the 100 block of 3rd Street NW. No arrest was recorded. Accident

11:02 a.m. a 40-year-old was cited following a two vehicle crash without injuries on the 2100 block of paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Burglary

2:14 p.m. a burglary was reported on the 400 block of Kay Ave. SE.

4:39 p.m. A burglary was reported at Skyline Village on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW within the past week. No suspects at this time.

Drugs

9:24 p.m. A juvenile was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and tobacco following a suspicious people check on the 2600 block of Delton Ave. NW.

8:11 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested for shoplifting and fleeing from Walmart.
