Freedom Online features include online quoting, underwriting, and policy issuance. Freedom Program features include ISO 12 04 policy form with a manifestation and a sunset clause. Minimum premium is $1200. Condominium and Townhome remodeling coverage is available. Tract Homes work is acceptable. Maximum subout is 80%. Apartment work is acceptable. CG 2010 (11/85) available for commercial work. Available states; AZ, CA, CO, NV, OR and FL.
