Cohen & Grigsby Joins First National Insurance Agency and Grossman Yanak and Ford LLP to Offer Cybersecurity Seminar

PITTSBURGH, April 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Cohen & Grigsby, a business law firm with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA and an office in Naples, FL, is partnering with First National Insurance Agency, a division of First National Bank of Pennsylvania; and Grossman Yanak and Ford LLP, a regional certified public accounting and consulting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, to help regional businesses better understand and prevent cybersecurity threats during a seminar on April 23, 2013 from 8:00 to 11:30 a.m. (PNC Park - Hall of Fame Club).  The "Cybersecurity Awareness and Prevention Seminar" is part of the Subway Series, an initiative launched by the organizations last fall that includes informative business workshops and features speakers from each company.

The April 23 seminar includes a presentation from David J. Hickton, United States Attorney, Western District of Pennsylvania and panel guest Anne Winner, assistant vice president, senior E&O underwriting specialist, Chubb Specialty Insurance.

James Chiafullo, a partner at Cohen & Grigsby and head of the firm's Commercial Finance Practice Group will serve as moderator for the event.  He will also participate in a panel discussion with Cohen & Grigsby partner Bruce Chiu, along with Michael Barbarita, senior vice president and COO, First National Insurance Agency, LLC; Karen Mangis, technology services group, Grossman Yanak and Ford LLP; and Winner.  The panel discussion will focus on a variety of topics such as cybersecurity insurance and coverage, contractual considerations with vendors, and internal data security controls and audit standards for vendors.
