ICMG Announces 2026 Don Kampe Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient

McPherson, KS – February 23, 2026 - The Don Kampe Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor awarded by the Inter-Company Marketing Group (ICMG). Established in 2001, the award recognizes members who have made significant, ongoing contributions of time and resources for the benefit of ICMG. It is named in honor of Don Kampe, who served on ICMG’s first board of directors, was president for two terms, and remained active in board and committee leadership for 24 years.

ICMG is proud to recognize Chuck Ritzke as the 2026 recipient of the Don Kampe Lifetime Achievement Award.

Since joining ICMG in 1998, Chuck has been a steady and influential leader within the organization. As Owner and President of Problem Solving Enterprises, he has consistently supported ICMG through long-term sponsorship, active conference participation, and years of dedicated service.

Chuck has served on the ICMG Board of Directors since 2013 and was ICMG President in 2019. He has also chaired several committees, most recently the Technology Committee, helping move ICMG forward through innovation and modern conference improvements.

One of Chuck’s most lasting contributions is his leadership in Speed Networking, now one of ICMG’s most popular annual conference events. Designed to create fast, meaningful business connections, Speed Networking has become a signature part of the ICMG meeting experience. In 2026, Problem Solving Enterprises once again sponsored this event, reflecting Chuck’s continued commitment to ICMG and its members.
