Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan Extends Relationship With HealthPlanCRM [Professional Services Close – Up]

HealthPlanCRM and Capital District Physicians'Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) have extended and expanded their partnership, strengthening an engagement which began more than five years ago.

HealthPlanCRM noted it provides CDPHP with its MedicareCRM product, as configured specifically to support all facets of marketing, sales and enrollment operations for government subsidized health insurance. Capital District Physicians' Health Plan, headquartered in Albany, serves Medicare Advantage in 24 counties within New York State and offers statewide Medicare Supplement plans.
