The awards recognize 50 agents, brokers and insurance companies for leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisors, and training and development. Winners were determined in a two-part process that involved a survey evaluating employees’ workplace experience and company culture, followed by gathering information on the employer’s benefits, policies and practices.
